The Comfort Inn and Suites Zoo / Sea World will match any rate that
you find on another web site. If you find a lower rate on a competitive
site, simply make your reservation on www.comfortinnzoo.com
then call 800-380-3583
within 24 hours, tell us where you found the lower rate and we will
honor the lower rate on the spot.
• Rate must be for the same room type and time frame.
• Best Rate Guarantee violation claim must be made no later
than 24 hours after reservation is made and at least 24 hours prior
to arrival.
• Lower rate must be publicly available, viewable and bookable
at the time when the Best Rate Guarantee violation claim is made.
The guarantee does not apply to the following:
• Unpublished rates. Unpublished rates are rates not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include, but are not limited to:
• Corporate discount rates
• Group rates
• Meeting rates
• Any rates requiring membership in a club such as AAA rates or AARP rates, affinity program, or other organization where the rates are targeted specifically toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public.
• Direct mail solicitations
• Electronic mail solicitations
• Package rates that include the room and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals.
• Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay.
• Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights.
• Rates that are available on auction Web sites
• Rates available on Web sites, such as Priceline and Hotwire, that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.
• Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificates (including electronic vouchers and certificates).
• Best Rate Guarantee is limited to the rental rate for the
room and does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges,
or other similar charges.
